Very efficient very well run hotel everything and every one there knew their job and performed it well, the food was good and I would stay there again,.It was very good value for money and we had a very pleaant stay.

We like plenty fo tea in the morning, and walking up and down the long restaurant to fill small cups was very tedious. We went out for breakfast after three days a pot of tea in the morning is essential for us.

We really only used the hotel as a base but it was absolutely fine for this purpose

The restaurant at breakfast time was very full and altough there was plenty of choice it seemed very cramped

Only three worked, and they were painfully slow. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, with hair and dust still present even after daily 'cleaning. ' To top it off, the queues for everything were atrocious, leading to frustrating wait times for drinks and food.

Hotel was clean enough but the food quality and choice was very poor. dining room staff didnt interact with the guests unless they spoke spanish! Would not stay there again and would only recommend this hotel on it was a room only basis.

Rooms were cleaned everyday and clean towels everyday. Staff were friendly. Location ideal for bars restaurants beach and shops. Pool area was clean.

Only 1 electric socket worked and that was in the bathroom. No tea/coffee making facilities.

waterpark was great but the rules need a rethink

The waterpark provided a fun escape for my child, who especially loved the slides. Our standard double room offered a lovely sea view that added to our experience. The staff were generally accommodating and friendly were great.

The fun police seem to be overly strict, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

I really enjoyed good and fab location of this hotel.

The room was spotless and brand-new, had a TV and a kettle.

Fantastic overall experience. Gorgeous hotel, very good staff, incredible location in the bars ^ particularly in resuarant. Fairly quiet unit on the lower floors. Fresh food combined with a good service.

Fun family hotel with fantastic pool area.

The hotel was positioned well, near the beach, entertainment and the local shops and market. The Pool area is very nice with palm trees around, plenty of beds to sunbathe and i went in swimming the pool was excellent. The food was good plenty of everything to choose from. At night it was easy to go out to the local entertainment and just walk around the corner to home. Then we got up for the market which was just around the corner too, the market is excellent, and the Rosamar is a good hotel to stay for being local to everything.

We were full board and the food was a bit repetitive, i would have liked some dry fruit as well.

Rosamar staff were friendy and courteous,location and hotel facilities were very good

No coffee or tea facilities late at night early morning

The entertainment throughout the day kept both adults and kids engaged, while the variety of evening meals at the snack bar was a good surprise. Cleanliness and friendly staff made a positive impression.

The hotel was ideally situated, the food was the best we have had in a 3 star hotel, we have stayed a flamigo oasis, melia, and dynstic ammbasador, the hotel Rosamar was better than most, the veiws were fantastic from our floor 13,

nothing except walls a bit thin, in the winter months ok, we had already read this in other reviews could be a problem in sunmmer months, but most of the people in hotel an age where they consider other people.
